ok, here's the question, anyone of you who dabbled one time or another with animation have ever used a paint called CELL VINYL CARTOON PAINT? i was told it was used to paint over frames used for traditional cel animation. If so, do you know where i could purchase some, anywhere here in Manila?
Sana lang may mabibilhan talaga dito niyan, e sa dinami-dami ba naman ng animators dito sa bansa natin, iniimport pa ba ng mga animation studios dito yan?
Any information from you mga 'igans would be greatly appreciated and maybe if you have some good quality left-overs that you wont need anymore, maybe you could sell it to me, but i will only need 5 basic colors: RED, BLUE, YELLOW ( or magenta, cyan, yellow, whatever they call that.), WHITE and BLACK.
I need the type of paint itself, not any alternative. But i'm not about to take up animation anytime soon, i guess i'm just to lazy for that. It's for something else entirely.
I got a tip from a VERY reliable source that it will be beneficial to the kind of art that i do.
Curious? That's something I will discuss for the next entry.

actually, i first got the tip from Digger. apparently, this type of paint burns itself in the resin, making it tougher to scratch. the type of paint i needed for my customizing jobs.
Ok, i got a question for you regarding this material. Are all vinyl paints the same? I found another "vinyl paint" here locally, which is being used for t-shirt printing. Are they the same?
What do you use to thin vinyl paints? What do you use to clean the brushes used in painting with it? and how long does it take to dry it?
Oh yeah last thing, you said, "used to use it..." does that mean you've found another or better alternative?
i'm currently doing research on this, but i would love to hear more of your firsthand experience with this product.
Thank you very much, Arthammer!
